Trust me that the quality of this mouse will make your gaming much easier. My old mouse forced me to slide back and forth over a target because of the fact that it didn't report as frequently.
I finally broke down and upgraded his starter gaming gear to something a little more fancy for his past Birthday. Although there are better products out there for higher budgets, this mouse is an outstanding one. You can feel the difference instantly, much smoother gaming. My husband touches my mouse and gets upset that I didn't upgrade mine as well (I'm cheap), saying that our starter gear is extremely slow and too lightweight to even move. He loves only having to flick his wrist to have full control-- I mean, what man doesn't?
I have the DeathAdder Essential and this one feels like an upgrade in terms for responsiveness. Very fast, almost realtime. Good Mouse, and if you have a Razer Keyboard, they look just fantastic together
Replaced my 8 year old Razer Taipan mouse with this and have to say the mouse is very light and much more ergonomic than my old one!
Been using it for a couple of months now and do not regret it. Price is worth considering the quality of the material and the scanner the mouse uses. Eight buttons are highly customizable.
